Hi,
I'm
Allie.

I’m a Pilates and movement teacher with a multi-level spinal fusion for scoliosis.

After dealing with chronic pain as a college student, I started a workout routine that continued into adulthood. As I explored different exercise modalities, I loved finding new ways I could move while honoring my spine and my limitations.

I found Pilates at a time in my life when I was frustrated with my body.

That’s when I realized: I didn’t have to limit myself to workouts that were designed for the masses (and truthfully, they didn’t work for me, anyway).

Through Pilates training and years of study, I’ve come to know that anyone – yes, anyone – can benefit from working out, as long as their program is thoughtfully designed for THEIR body. No matter what body struggle, condition, or chronic pain you might be facing, my goal is to empower you to move, and LIVE, better.

I know how it feels to live in a body that doesn’t feel like home.

A consistent, mindful movement practice has undoubtedly changed my life for the better, and I wholeheartedly believe that you deserve to experience that kind of transformation, too.

That’s why I want to be your guide toward freedom through movement. I’m here to help you find the best way to approach movement, so you can care for yourself in intentional, sustainable ways.

Let’s find out what that looks like for you.
