Virtual Group Classes
If you’re looking for a cardio bootcamp style workout, my classes probably won’t be for you. But if you’re looking for mindful movement that can relieve tension, clear your mind, and move you forward on your healing journey, you’ve come to the right place.
When are classes held? How do I access them?
Tuesdays at 4:30 PM (central time) via Zoom. Classes are $5 each and 50 minutes in length. Once you have completed the signup and payment process, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to join your class(es) approximately 20 minutes prior to each class start time.
What if I can’t make it to a scheduled group class time?
Sign up below, and I’ll send you the link to watch later! After each class, everyone who has signed up will receive a link to watch the class recording (regardless of whether or not you are able to attend live). You can still reap the benefits- on your own time!
Do I need special equipment to take class?
Nope! Just a hand towel or dish towel. You can use a mat, but that’s optional, too.

Once you’ve submitted the above form to sign up for class, please submit your payment using one of the following options.
Classes are $5.00 each. I’m bad at math (and counting reps, as you’ll soon learn), so I’ll leave it to you to send the correct amount based on how many classes you checked in the form above 😉
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to join your class(es). If you haven’t received the email by 20 minutes prior to the class start time, please check your spam folder. Contact me at email@example.com if you still haven’t received it.
